Supper is available for £17-£20 per head. Please pre-order.
This consists of a main course preceded by winter or summer soup plus home made bread, followed with local cheeses and fruit.
The following have proved popular, however if you prefer something else, please ask.
•Chardonnay Chicken with artichoke hearts
•Chicken breasts in a creamy tarragon sauce
•Traditional fish pie
•Smoked haddock florentine
•Braised lamb shanks with flageolet beans
•Gnocchi, three cheeses and passata sauce
•Caesar Salad
•Salmon fillets in a lime and coriander sauce
•Shepherd's pie
•Spicy fish or chicken goujons
•Pasta with butternut squash and sage
•Lasagne al forno
•Salade Nicoise
•Aubergines, mushrooms, fennel or tomatoes au gratin
•Roast vegetable and couscous salad
Main courses accompanied by potatoes or rice, seasonal vegetables or salads.
All the food is homemade, I use local,organic or traceable products and ingredients. Salads and vegetables often from my own garden. I also make all my own bread using organic flour from our neighbouring farm Gilchesters.
